3. Apartment Locator Rebate Terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All rebates are subject to the commission actually received by Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC.
The property must recognize Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC as the procuring referral source and agree to pay our commission.
Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC (or its designated agent) must be listed as your referral source on the guest card, application, or any documentation required by the property.
If the property pays a reduced commission, the rebate may be reduced proportionately.
Rebate checks are generally mailed within four (4) to eight (8) weeks after move-in, depending on when commission payment is received from the property.
Customers must complete any required rebate request forms before payment can be issued.
Lost or stolen rebate checks may be reissued upon request. A $25 stop-payment fee may apply.
Checks not negotiated within sixty (60) days of issuance may be voided.

Spirit reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any rebate.

4. Information and Website Content
