- How and when do I get paid?
- Spirit invoices the property management companies for you. Once they pay, you receive direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month. Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal are also supported for incentives and rebates.
- What does the $25 per transaction cover?
- It's a flat fee Spirit charges to process and bill each closed locating deal — no percentage, no escalator. The other 100% of the commission is yours.
- Can I locate part-time while keeping another job?
- Yes. There are no minimum transaction requirements. You can park your license, work part-time, or scale up — your $99/month stays the same.
- How quickly can I start after signing up?
