SPONSORING BROKER SINCE
Recognizing the problem

As a broker, you carry every agent's risk.

Becoming a real estate broker in Texas isn't overly complicated — three transactions a year for four of the last five years, the broker course hours, the exam, and the application fee.

But twelve transactions is hardly enough experience to run a brokerage and supervise agents underneath you. And none of the required education is built to prepare you for what actually happens day one.

Bold enough?

Most qualified agents never make the leap.

I've met a lot of agents with the qualifying transactions who are simply terrified of the liability. Fear is the biggest reason most never become brokers.

Congratulations — if you've decided to go for it, you've already overcome the biggest obstacle. Boldness isn't enough on its own, but the wisdom you need is available to you.

The solution

You don't have to know everything.

Henry Ford was once put on the stand to answer technical questions designed to embarrass him. His reply has stuck with me for years:

"If I should really want to answer the foolish question you have just asked, let me remind you that I have a row of electric push-buttons on my desk, and by pushing the right button I can summon to my aid men who can answer any question I desire to ask concerning the business to which I am devoting most of my efforts…"
— Henry Ford

What you need isn't every answer. You need a list of experienced people who can give you the answer when you push the button. With the Broker Mentorship Program I will do more than teach you what you need to know to be a broker — I will be on the other end of the button.

You also get access to the contacts, vendors, attorneys, and resources I've leaned on over the years when I didn't know the answer myself.

Training sessions

Eight sessions. Built from a real brokerage.

Every session concludes with open Q&A. Between sessions, you have unlimited access for six months.

  1. 01

    Defining the Brokerage

Clarify the brokerage you actually want to run — model, niche, agent count, and revenue plan.

  2. 02

Setting Up the Firm with TREC

Walk through TREC firm registration, designated broker requirements, and the paperwork that protects you.

  3. 03

Establishing Processes — and Why They Matter

Build the operational backbone every brokerage needs so deals don't slip and liability stays contained.

  4. 04

    Agent Management

Onboarding, supervision, accountability, and the conversations that keep good agents and offboard bad ones.

  5. 05

    Establishing Boundaries

Set the lines that protect your time, your license, and your family from agent and client over-reach.

  6. 06

    Risk Mitigation

Identify where the risk actually lives in your brokerage and put guardrails in place before something happens.

  7. 07

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

How to receive a complaint, respond to TREC, manage a dispute, and document everything correctly.

  8. 08

    Brokerage Internal Forms

The internal forms every Texas brokerage needs — sponsorship, IC agreements, policy acknowledgements, and more.

"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

Galatians 6:2

My goal is to help as many Texas agents as I can make it as a broker. If the program isn't right for you, no hard feelings — may God bless you and your next venture as a broker.
