Eligibility

The raffle is open only to active agents sponsored by Spirit Real Estate Group who are in good standing at the time entries are earned and at the time the drawing is conducted.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who is not in good standing or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

The promotion begins at the beginning of the Quarter and ends at the end of the Quarter ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Referrals made year to date will be allowed, but the signup must have mentioned the agent during the signup period.

Referral Requirements

A referral will be considered qualified only if:

• The referred individual is not currently sponsored by Spirit Real Estate Group;
• The referred individual accurately identifies the referring agent during the onboarding process;
• The referred individual completes the brokerage onboarding process;
• The referred individual activates sponsorship and pays the new agent sign-up fee; and
• The referred individual was not recruited to a team of 3 or more agents.

Self-referrals are prohibited.

Entry Limitations

Participants may only earn entries for actions performed using their own genuine social media accounts. The following activities are prohibited:

• Creating multiple social media accounts to gain additional entries.
• Using fake, inactive, purchased, automated, or bot accounts.
• Coordinating with others to create fraudulent referrals.
• Submitting false information.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit the promotion.
• Any conduct deemed unethical, deceptive, or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to audit entries and request verification of eligibility.

Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify any participant, remove entries, or revoke prizes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The participant violated these Terms and Conditions;
• The participant engaged in fraud, deception, or abuse;
• The participant attempted to game or manipulate the promotion;
• The participant provided false or misleading information; or
• The participant engaged in conduct detrimental to the brokerage or the integrity of the promotion.

The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

Prize Drawing

The winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period during a live Zoom meeting after the period has ended. All entries by the winner will be verified for authenticity and that they did not violate the terms listed here.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Should the winner violate any of the terms here and be disqualified, the drawing will be redone with the disqualified agent's entries removed.

Prize

6 Months of Free Sponsorship

Prizes have no cash value unless specifically stated otherwise and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged except at the Sponsor's discretion. Team managers and agents utilizing other programs will still be eligible for an equivalent value to be proposed by the Sponsor separately.

Publicity

By participating, winners agree that the Sponsor may use their name, city, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Spirit Real Estate Group, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Participants understand that they are providing information to Spirit Real Estate Group and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances impair the integrity of the promotion.

All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be made by the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final.

Governing Law

This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
